Nutrition and weight loss is confusing! I totally get it. So in today's video I'm explaining all the reasons why you should avoid a certain food for weight loss. But you guys know me, I am all for getting to have all your favorite foods and still lose weight so I would never tell someone they HAD to cut out a certain food. I see all these tips like avoid fruit for weight loss, people claiming that there are bad food combinations for weight loss and people asking "are fried food bad for weight loss" & "are snacks bad for weight loss". So let's set the record straight.

Because I am so passionate about people getting to eat your favorite food for weight loss I also go through some tips for how to stop overeating and how to stop binge eating. Weight loss is tough and getting to enjoy your diet makes it a lot easier.
