Nutrient-Dense Foods: Liver l Staying Healthy
Liver is among one of the most nutrient-dense foods available. It is a great source of B vitamins, vitamin A and zinc. I will be sharing my way of preparing liver.
I started incorporating a variety of nutrient-dense food sources into my diet after doing a lot of research on how best to heal my body from cancer, allergies & digestive issues. My family eats liver about every 3-4 months or as needed.
Please, keep in mind that liver is very high in vitamin A & cholesterol! Fat soluble vitamins, such as vitamin A, are stored in the body for longer amounts of time so one should always be careful to prevent toxicity. As for those that have to watch their cholesterol intake, you should consult with their doctor before consuming certain items high in cholesterol.

Hi! My name is Gina Land! I am a Cancer Survivor of Salivary Gland Cancer. I was diagnosed in 2009. I also experienced an NDE (Near Death Experience) from a water overdose a few years later. Actually, I have suffered from a multitude of health issues including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Mold Exposure, Leaky Gut, severe Allergies and Chemical Sensitives!
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University. I have been interested in health, wellness, natural healing & nutrition for much of my adult life. I previously worked with the WIC program as a Nutritionist, counseling participants on a healthy diet. I also have experience in gym management, which included personal training and customizing diet plans.
Much of my knowledge was put to use during my battle with Salivary Gland Cancer, as well as, all the other health issues. My struggles eventually lead me to my Spiritual Awakening where I began to experience supernatural abilities…according to our limited human mindset! But everyone has the potential to activate these abilities.
It has been a lonely rode for many years but I have finally learned to embrace life and all the wonderful gifts it bestows upon us, if we are only willing to let it in! My wish, my goal, my passion, my desire is to share my journey with others so they don’t feel alone & know how truly special they are!
